IT Service Delivery Analyst
1st line support - Dundee (Hybrid working)
£22,000 - £26,000

Head Resourcing are pleased to be partnering with a global leader in learning and development as they look to hire a talented IT Service Delivery Analyst. Our client is based in Dundee and will be looking for the successful applicant to come into their offices 2 days per week.

In this role you will be responsible for providing level 1 support to our client's business, primarily supporting Windows and Office 365 applications as well as building equipment for new starts and taking them through their technical onboarding. You will also be tasked with escalating support issues to level 2 and 3 when required. Customer service is at the heart of our client's business, and therefore it is critical that you possess a helpful and credible personality so that your internal customers have an excellent experience.

*Respond to all support issues in a timely and professional manner
*Escalate issues where appropriate
*Adhere to security and data protection policies
*Manage internal stakeholder relationships
*Build relationships with key personnel across the business

*Proven experience working in a first line support position
*Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems
*Good understanding of Active directory and Office 365 admin centre
*NTFS and File share permissions
*Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
*Familiarity with the ITIL framework
*Self-starter who is able to work independently
*Positive 'can-do' attitude and work ethic
