Key responsibilities include
*Improve the delivery through innovation, continuous improvement and automation
*Work with project teams to ensure solutions meet the organisation's operational and strategic needs
*Collaborate with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service
*Support live service through the proactive identification of risk and swift resolution of live issues.
*Implement and support IM deployments for production and non-production systems
Candidates need to have,
*Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
*Practical experience of UNIX and UNIX shell scripting
*Enthusiasm and motivation to learn new technologies and drive your own development
*An ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for team deliverables
*Experience prioritising multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment
*Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Bonus points for
*An understanding of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
*Experience of federated Identity Management through IDaaS using tools such as: OKTA, PING, ADFS.
*Knowledge of Information Security concepts such as encryption using keys, SSL or HTTPS
