This role will be assessed to determine the IR35 status. The role will be remote, although some travel to the client office in Glasgow will be required when it is safe to do so.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical oversight of Information and Cyber Security activities, specifically around information security infrastructure and system security. You will provide assurance on reduction and mitigation of IT Security Risk.
You will have:
* Proven experience of working as an Information Security Consultant, complying to regulatory and/or industry frameworks
* Technical Security knowledge coupled with an awareness Cloud environment security
* Broad knowledge of Information and IT Security, including knowledge of security applications, policies, security threat analysis, security solutions evaluation and security operations.
* Appropriate Security Qualifications and memberships (CISSP, CISA, etc.)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
