Are you passionate about Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and excited by the potential of AI and automation? We're looking for a Senior Workplace Consultant to lead the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that transform how businesses operate.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement modern workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies (O365, Intune, policy management, security).
- Act as a technical leader and influencer, guiding internal teams and clients through digital transformation.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives, including Co-Pilot readiness assessments, configurations and Power Apps solutions.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions to key stakeholders, bringing people on the journey with you.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and service managers to ensure successful delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and security best practices. Experience in Co-Pilot implementations also required.
- Experience designing and delivering solutions at a high level.
- Ability to lead, advise, and influence - not just a lone wolf, but someone who thrives on collaboration.
- Comfortable training others and sharing knowledge.
- Visionary mindset to identify opportunities for automation and future innovation.

Location: Scotland | Primarily remote but would require ad hoc travel to client sites across Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Aberdeen. These locations are preferred.
