An Edinburgh based Financial Services organisation has just released a new Project Management Contract on a high‑profile digital delivery programme and they're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful execution of complex, API‑led technology initiatives.
An initial 6-month Contract, the role will be based from their Edinburgh-Office (working in a hybrid-style), with 1-2 days in the office each week. The Contract will be working via Umbrella and will pay circa £550-£650 per day.
To be successful in this Contract, our Client is looking for a strong & experienced Digital Project Manager who is available now/at short notice and who has the following knowledge & experience:
- Deep & proven Project Management "craft" and experience in the Financial Services Sector, with a very strong focus on Pensions & Savings sector
- Strong understanding of modern digital architectures, including APIs, microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Previous experience delivering projects involving digital, data exchange or platform‑based solutions (in the Financial Services Sector)
- Solid awareness of data security, privacy and identity management etc
- Excellent people skills with 1st class communication and strong Stakeholder Management skills & abilities
Working in a hybrid-style, our Client would ideally prefer candidates from the local Scottish Market and those who are available now / at short notice.
