Head Resourcing are delighted to be working with a housebuilding client who is recruiting for Business Change Project Managers. Our client is looking for candidates who can work with people throughout every part of the business, to plan and complete change projects that really make a difference. This role would be well suited to problem solvers and original thinkers, who are keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
Role duties:
1) Responsible for coordination and management of project resources so that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
2) To design and implement change projects
3) Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and manage senior stakeholders
4) Establish Project Governance
5) Managing risks and escalations
Required skills and experience:
1) Demonstrable experience of project management in a Business Change setting
2) Experience of full project lifecycle from concept to completion
3) Experience of managing a diverse range of projects
4) Stakeholder Management and being able to lead a team of business analysts
5) Prince II or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
