Rachel Ricketts

​I joined Head Resourcing in 2021 as an associate consultant for the talent solutions team.  After studying an Economics degree, I was excited to start working in anything but economics, and recruitment seemed to fit my personality and motivations. However, I still plan to complete a Masters degree one day in Health Economics (emphasis on one day!).  I feel privileged to be working within a company that has great values and puts their people first.  

If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be?

I have always wanted to go to Belize! Sitting in the sun on a beach, then setting off to the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world to explore and swim with the marine life.

Bramble Cocktail – so refreshing!

What was your dream job when you were younger?

I wanted to be a marine biologist…then a spy for GCHQ… then an aesthetician (holistic therapist), so ever-changing aspirations.
