Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Product in defining and delivering the product strategy and roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle-from concept and development through to launch and post-launch optimisation.
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, CRO Specialists, and Agile Team Coaches.
  • Act as a central point of collaboration between product, technology, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Help shape and deliver a roadmap that aligns local product delivery with wider strategic transformation programmes.
  • Champion and grow product craft and capability across the organisation.
  • Contribute to budget planning, resourcing, and strategic goal-setting for the product function.
  • Analyse performance data and user insights to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage innovation through lab days and hackathons, while supporting a structured, product-led planning process.
  • Represent the product function in key internal forums such as design sprints and architecture reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in senior product roles, including managing and scaling product teams in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful digital products at scale, ideally within international, matrixed organisations.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and engage diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience collaborating closely with marketing to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Data-informed mindset with a deep understanding of product metrics and user feedback loops.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate with international teams.
