A busy and really interesting Not-For-Profit/Start-Up organisation in Glasgow is currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join their team.
Probably one of the most interesting Programmes in Scotland at the moment, my Client is building a new solution/platform (and wider recycling business) and the successful candidate is required to help drive & deliver this programme to lauch in Q3/Q4 this year.
A 6-9 month initial Contract, rate-card will pay in the region of £700-£750 per day, Outside IR35 (through small business exemption) and the role will be Glasgow based (although working in a hybrid style).
To be successful in this Contract, my Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
* Detailed experience as a Programme Manager - ideally in another Start-Up / SME / FinTech type organisation, with strong knowledge across a range of different Projects (Finance, HR, Systems, Procurement, Logistics etc etc etc), managing the overall plan and interdepencancies
* A cultured Programme Management style with skills & abilities covering all aspects of Programme Planning, Governance and Delivery etc
* Strong experience managing, & working closely with 3rd Party Suppliers!
* First class communication & strong stakeholder management skills will be absolutely essential in this role. The successful candidate must be able to work within a small (but growing) team and work closely with Senior Management / Directors.
