I am currently recruiting a Process Analyst on behalf of my financial services client on a fixed term 12-month basis contract. This position will see you working within the Colleague Experience Operations team where you will be responsible for documenting the core processes and controls and identifying ways to improve the colleague experience.

You will work closely with Central Operations Manager to assess the current processes and identify gaps in the current documentation. Arrange and facilitate sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to map and document colleague processes end to end and help the process owners to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also document processes within the function to create a central library of processes and controls.

Experience Required:
- Experience in Process Mapping and Process Analysis
- Hands on experience with O365 and Visio
- Organisational skills and analytical thinking
- Gathering information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Group facilitation/workshop skills
