Head resourcing is recruiting for a Transformation Lead PM will play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic change agenda within the COO's portfolio. Reporting directly to the COO and working with a steering group of the company's most senior leaders, the Transformation Lead will have considerable influence and exposure to key decision makers. They will have ownership of one of the most significant investment programmes authorised by the business in recent years which will be instrumental in realising the enterprise's strategy for business growth.
This role will be predominantly remote with occasional travel to the offices spread across Scotlands central belt.
Main Duties:

  • Lead one of your new companies flagship transformation/investment programmes

  • Shape and identify the opportunities to develop and exploit benefits from the planned investment

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to

  • Ensure the agreed goals and objectives of the programme are met, leading a team of cross-functional professionals with at least one major specialist subcontract

  • Work with specialist teams and departments within the business to develop the narrative and messaging which builds coherence and momentum to embrace change

  • Develop and steer the relationship with at least one key subcontracted organisation, working with the Supply Chain Management organisation.

  • Act as a full member of the COOs Leadership Team, collaborating positively across the functions of Operations, Programme Management, Quality Assurance, Integrated Business Planning, Facilities, EHS and Security as well as the broader enterprise.


Candidate Requirements:
Essential:

  • Demonstrable ability to implement and manage a complex investment and change programme

  • Understanding of transformation best practice and the management actions required to deliver them

  • Relevant experience of relevant, recent, demonstrable experience of successful performance in a highly regulated and/or controlled environment, exceeding customer expectations

  • Proven ability as a team player who works well with others and build lasting, constructive relationships both with the customer and inside the business

  • Demonstrate role model High Performance Culture behaviours. Supportive, with the character to anticipate and navigate sensitive and pressurised situations to overcome delivery challenges

  • A capable leader and influencer, able to effect change through the matrix organisation, even where direct hierarchical control does not exist

  • Able to achieve UK SC clearance
