Head Resourcing is recruiting a Lead Full Stack Developer on behalf of a specialist technology consultancy delivering impactful digital solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects in a collaborative, Agile environment, while building a long-term leadership pathway.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the technical delivery of full stack web applications across a range of client projects
  • Shape architectural decisions and delivery strategies
  • Get hands-on with code across both front and back end
  • Work closely with Agile teams, delivery leads and architects
  • Contribute to internal development standards and team culture
  • Grow into a line management role over time, mentoring and supporting junior developers

Tech Environment:

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript
  • Backend: Node.js (with exposure to Python, .NET, Ruby)
  • Cloud: Azure, cloud-native architecture
  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab
  • Databases: Relational and NoSQL
  • Methodology: Agile/Scrum

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (React) and backend frameworks like Node.js
  • Comfortable working with Python and open to new tech stacks
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native development and DevOps practices
  • Strong communicator with experience working closely with clients
  • Confident leading Agile ceremonies and contributing to QA/testing
  • Familiarity with microservice architectures and integration patterns

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with additional languages/frameworks (.NET, Go, Ruby)
  • Secure coding practices and awareness of software assurance
  • Active or eligible for SC Clearance
