IT Project Manager - EPOS
£45,000 - £50,000

Head Resourcing is delighted to be working with one of our Third Sector clients as they look to hire an IT Project Manager to work on their EPOS solution deployment. This is a fixed term position for 12 months to take on a pivotal role in delivering cross functional information technology projects. The successful individual will be based out of our clients Edinburgh office, but will have significant working from home opportunities.

This role will be reporting into the IT Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day management of project administration, estimating, planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting. To be successful you will have a variety of skills and be comfortable managing project teams, setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.

*Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation stage through to completion.
*To lead project planning sessions and the co-ordination of both internal and external resources, often co-ordinating diverse project teams.
*Budget accountability for project finances including estimation, costing, and tracking estimates versus actuals.
*Ensure that technical solutions are agreed and signed-off as required.

Essential Skills:
*Experience with EPOS (Electronic point of sale) solution deployment
*Excellent knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall / Agile)
*Must be able to demonstrate experience of new system implementations, application change and system upgrades for both Microsoft (Dynamics) and Cloud SAAS environments
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
*Excellent planning and organisational skills
*Budget management experience
