A new Head of Digital Transformation Contract has just become available with an Edinburgh based Financial Services Client.
Working alongside the new Head of Digital & UX, initial Contracts will be for 6 months and rate-card will pay up to £1000 per day (depending on experience).
looking to change really transform their customer experience/journey, our Client is seeking experienced Digital Change Leaders with knowledge & experience in the following areas;
* Hands-on "Digital" delivery & service management within other large Corporate Clients, leading Digital Transformation Programmes
* An experienced leader & coach with track-record of supporting people to achieve broader goals
* Previous experience rolling out Agile Ways of Working to large & established teams
* Deep knowledge of the Customer, fully understanding Customer Journeys / Customer Experience etc
* Leading organisational change / cultural change & establishing hands-on training programmes to deliver transformational change & business readiness
* Working & influencing at C-suite level / with Senior Stakeholders will be essential for success in this requirement
* First class communication, inter-personal & relationship management skills
