Digital Project Manager - Agile - Permanent - Edinburgh

Head Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Project Manager with a background in delivery in an Agile environment; the role is with one of the leading lights of the Scottish financial services industry, a client with an exceptional employer / employee reputation.

You will work with a range of managers and other resources across the business - managing the research phase, concepts, design, user testing and implementation processes, while ensuring stakeholder engagement is exceptional. While managing the project plans and working with each team to ensure the appropriate resources are available - you will deliver a wide range of concurrent projects working alongside Brand / Marketing, Digital Communications, Design / Artwork, Web Development, and external 3rd party resources. Responsibilities:
- Work with the business stakeholders to manage each phase of the project and ensure individual items are being correctly prioritised.
- Work collaboratively with business analysts, designs, developers, business users and other key stakeholders on requirements gathering, design, build, and delivery
- Facilitate stand ups, planning, retrospectives and other meetings/workshops in line with Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate testing, including assisting the business users in the creation of test plans.
- Manage all project testing required in conjunction with development and business stakeholders, dealing with any issues arising.
- Identify all potential project risks and issues in conjunction with project developers and business stakeholders, and ensure all relevant protocols and controls are in place to manage these.
- Assist with the production and maintenance of project documentation and material throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and estimate with business areas, designers, developers, and 3rd party suppliers; update project team, Service Delivery Manager and Steering Groups and Committees regularly, including project metrics and reporting.

Essential:
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects across the digital space
- Background and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Experience in delivering Digital projects interacting with a wide range of areas such as Brand / Marketing, Digital Communications, Design / Artwork, Web Development, and external 3rd party resources
- Leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
- Understanding of delivering IT / Digital projects in an Agile framework (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Project planning and project documentation experience
