Experienced Continuous Improvement Lead required to join our financial services client. Roles can be based out of Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow or Birmingham.
Hybrid working-into the office when needed
£550 per day via an umbrella company
Initial 6 months contract with a view to extend as projects usually run for 9 - 12 months.
This contract role will join an existing team within the support function to the Commercial Banking Division. Bank and will sit within the improvement and implementation team.
To be considered for this role applicants should have the following skills & experience;
*Six sigma and / or lean Qualifications to identify and improve business processes
*Black Belt / Master Belt practitioner - Essential
*Previous Financial Services experience ideally but if not worked in a high volume organisation
*Strong Stakeholder Management skills coupled with strong and clear communication abilities
*Strong focussed on delivery
