Change Manager needed for our technology client based in Edinburgh. The right candidate must have a demonstrable background in Change and Transformation within Agile environments and ideally within technology or Digital organisations or environments.

The role will be hybrid, with 2 days per week in Edinburgh and candidates need to be able to be flexible enough, able, and willing to attend in person meetings in Edinburgh at short notice. The role is Outside IR35 and will be 3 - 6 months initially.

Our client is looking for a senior Change Specialist to help them to lead internal business & cultural change and transformation activities, helping them to make significant change within their business. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, be able to build rapport swiftly, work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, manage deliverables and execute the change, helping to drive it across the organisation.

This will involve Change strategy and execution, internal communication, and messaging, coordinating change across various departments (with the help of managers & the leadership team) and helping to drive internal training and change adoption.
