I am currently recruiting several business analysts to join a leading financial services client based in Edinburgh, to work on a change management programme of work related to GDPR. This a great opportunity to help deliver a critical piece of work, while developing your skill set and shaping the future of the business.

In this role, you will be supporting the analysis of complex cross business requirements, to help define solutions which resolve business problems affecting the programme. You will do this by building strong relationships with stakeholders and 3rd parties across multiple workstreams, which will allow you to analyse business problems and deliver system solutions to remediate any issues.

In this role you will also:
- Create and maintain documentation as well as support controls and quality assurance for internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in carrying out acceptance testing tasks
- Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks
- Work through out the project lifecycle to ensure that solutions meet business requirements

Required Experience:
- Proven experience of working in Business Analyst role, ideally with ISEB certification
- Previous experience of data/record management, GDPR desired but not essential
- Requirement elicitation, process analysis and strong organisational skills
- Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Be self-driven and motivated with the ability to collaborate with different business functions

In return you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package. These roles are remote based with occasional travel to the Edinburgh office once restrictions are lifted.
