Business Analyst (£50,000 to £55,000)
Hybrid role (predominately home-based with a few days per month in York office)
1-year Fixed Term Contract - FTC
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of Ceridian DayForce, HR/Payroll systems experience to join this leading name as they embark on implementing a new global HRIS application.
Working as part of a project team delivering this strategic project, you will be responsible for documenting As Is processes, liaising with colleagues to process map and create meaningful and clear documentation to feed the design of the solution.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with People, Payroll and IT teams
- Gathering business requirements
- Implementing system process mapping to help design the solution
- Analysing data and identifying trends
- Provide insights and recommendations
- Ensuring systems meet business objectives and employee needs
- Supporting the Test Manager in designing the Test scripts for UAT
- Train colleagues on system use
Additionally, the People BA needs to demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Knowledge of Ceridian/Dayforce systems
- Excellent Excel skills and Viso skills
- Self and team-motivator, cooperative, flexible, pragmatic, friendly, organised and delivery focused
- Collaborative and culturally aware
- Ability to analyse and resolve issues, both logical and interpersonal.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
