2 x new Service Designer Contracts have just arisen with a leading Life & Pensions Client in Edinburgh. Joining their Service Management Team and reporting to Service Design & Transition Manager, initial Contracts will be for 6 months, paying £400 per day and initially outside of IR35. The roles will also be remotely based for the foreseeable.

To be successful in these roles, our Client is seeking Contractors with the following knowledge & experience;

* Detailed knowledge of Service Design - designing new fit for purpose Services
* In-depth knowledge of Service Design methodologies & understanding service transition
* Service Design within other large & established Financial Services organisations
* Knowledge across the wider Service Management landscape
* Familiar with ITIL Best practice
* Excellent people, communication & Stakeholder Management skills with a strong work ethic & excellent problem solving skills
