Salary: up to £65k DOE + great benefits package
Edinburgh (remote working available)
Working with a solutions focused business who are a leader in the medical equipment industry, you will work alongside scientists, clinical researchers, and software engineers where you will be responsible for leading the software team work on AI-based clinical decision support systems and new and emerging medical technology to assist clinicians to deliver optimal treatments for patients through machine learning/artificial intelligence approaches.
The role is a mix of hands-on software engineering alongside providing technical leadership and mentoring team members. As well as experienced team leads the role may suit an entry level team lead or someone transitioning into line management.
Experience in the following would be advantageous but not essential-
*Agile / Lean Development
*Python (other languages considered)
*Large Databases/Ontologies
*Data Science Practices
