An Edinburgh based Financial Services Client of ours has just released a new Service Management Analyst Contract to us.
Working within their IT Operations area, the successful candidate will be joining an existing team, backfilling for a Contract who's moving on from this contract.
Initial Contracts will be for 6 months, rate-card can pay up to £400 per day (Outside IR35) and the role will be remotely based initially (Edinburgh thereafter).
To be successful in this Contract, we're seeking candidates with experience in the following areas;
* Strong experience as a "IT Service Management Analyst" or "IT Operational Analyst" (or similar)
* Proven knowledge and experience of incident management, business relationship management, change management and understanding SLA's / service performance / service improvement etc
* ITIL aware - certifications will be highly advantageous
* Strong experience from within other large & established Financial Services Organisations/Environments
* Excellent people, communication & internal customer service skills
