*Main point of contact for all IT Service Management
*Create strong relationships with all related business areas
*Responsible for service related communications
*Conduct regular service review
*Document & drive IT service improvement specifically on feedback received from business
Experience required
*Experience in IT Client Relationship/Account Management or IT Service Delivery, preferably working with customers & teams globally
*working experience with ITIL or Agile Delivery processes
*Experience in managing IT suppliers/contracts is an advantage
*Good technical knowledge on IT architecture & terminologies
*Proven record of successful client management & IT delivery
