Senior Controls Testing Analyst - Financial Services

Our Glasgow based Financial Services client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Controls Testing Analyst as they build out their Cloud capability. In the role, you will be the joining Change & Delivery area and will primarily be working on testing controls as the organisation prepares to deploy more functionality to the Cloud.

Joining them on an initial contract until 31/12/2023, the role must be engaged via Umbrella company. The role can be based fully remotely, and the Client has offices in Glasgow, Gosforth, and London for any adhoc travel requirements.

We are looking for experienced Senior Controls Testing Analyst with the following knowledge & experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Controls Testing Analyst, ideally within Financial Services
  • Demonstrable Controls Testing experience with the ability to analyst the requirements and ensure effective controls are in place
  • Hands-on Cloud experience or equivalent qualification (Microsoft Azure/Azure Fundamentals preferred)
  • Understanding of Risk and Controls frameworks
  • Understanding of Risks and Issues and how they relate to large financial institutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
