Senior Business Analyst needed for an initial 6-month role with our Financial Services client based in Bristol. The right candidate must have previous experience within Financial Services working on Finance related projects or programmes, including strong Process Simplification, Process Analysis, Process Mapping and Process Re-engineering experience.

There will be a requirement for candidates to work 2 days per week onsite in Bristol and candidates must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company.

Previous Finance or Finance & Accounting experience would be beneficial, and the project involves working on complex legacy customer accounts in order to update processes (including finance processes) and reorganise accounts, creating new target processes and allocating new accounts on different platforms, where needed. Candidates must be able to demonstrate prior Business analysis experience within Banking and FS environments, including Customer related projects and have the ability to put the customer first in their approach and thinking.

Additionally, strong relationship and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to self-manage. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Excel & Jira and be familiar with Operation models, general ledgers and account set-up processes.
