Head resourcing are recruiting for a scrum master (remote) to join a healthy lifestyle services provider who help improve peoples lives by giving industry leading advise to help people achieve their weight loss goals, to stop smoking or any other health related target people have been struggling with.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Agile, who can facilitate great delivery from the companies three Engineering Teams, while also supporting Product Owners to refine their visions for innovative health software.

A typical day as a Scrum Master might include:

Driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values!
Developing and maintaining effective working relations with other core stakeholders, such as our Head of Product and Chief Technology Officer.
Facilitating key ceremonies across our Engineering Teams, driving towards good delivery across multiple software products.
Supporting our Product Team to define their visions, roadmaps and goals so that they can be delivered successfully.
Managing software delivery based on the available engineering capacity, optimising the flow of work within and across the teams
Utilising your technical knowledge to facilitate the team and manage dependencies between Teams and products; ensuring that any identified are dealt with promptly
Supporting the Head of Digital Transformation and Chief Technology Officer in the adoption of Agile across the wider business, utilising it as a methodology to drive efficiency.


To be successful in the role you will need:

* A well-rounded Scrum Master who understands and believes in the principles of Agile

* Direct experience of using Agile to ensure the successful delivery of multiple digital products, at varying stages of production

* Deep knowledge and experience of Agile patterns, approaches, tools and techniques; with an understanding of when to adapt

* A passion for best practice, continuous improvement, and innovation; you should have experience leading teams to self-organisation

* Relentlessly pro-active in facilitating and unblocking teams, including serving multiple teams simultaneously

* Demonstrable experience in estimation, prioritisation and handling conflicting requirements

* Good understanding of Azure Dev Ops or similar tools used for facilitating software delivery and ticketing


Benefits:

Contract: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on experience)
