Working on the replacement of a legacy HR/Payroll platform candidates must have experience within change management/people side of change and the associated impacts.
Key skills will include;
*Proven delivery supporting implementation of a new HR platform and how the change will impact throughout the business
*Understanding how people go through a change.
*Guiding changes throughout the business and influencing others to move towards a common vision or goal.
*HR Experience - previous dealings with trade unions would be advantageous.
*Be comfortable and confident engaging with Stakeholders at all levels as well as 3rd parties and suppliers.
*Strong communication skills - will be required to engage with all areas throughout the business.
In this instance candidates must have previous demonstrable experience supporting business change within an HR environment
