Programme / Portfolio Cutover Manager needed urgently for our blue-chip client in the centre of Edinburgh. The right candidate must have extensive demonstrable experience delivering complex ERP implementation programmes, particularly leading and managing the transition and cutover phases of large-scale ERP / CRM systems within complex technical environments.

The role is Inside IR35, requires candidates to engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company and requires candidates to work 3-days per week onsite in the centre of Edinburgh, Tuesday - Thursday.

Key responsibilities will including developing & maintaining the cutover strategy & plan including milestones, dependencies, tasks, owners & timelines, collaboration with technical, functional, business and 3rd party stakeholders and coordinating with those stakeholders & project teams to ensure that all cutover activities are aligned and completed on schedule. The successful candidate will facilitate cutover rehearsals, identify and mitigate risks and coordinate the data migration, system switchovers, infrastructure changes and production deployments.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience as a Programme / Portfolio Cutover Manager in large-scale IT system implementations (e.g. ERP, SAP, CRM, Microsoft Business Central etc.).
  • Strong project / programme management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with stakeholder engagement at all levels, including 3rd parties
  • Experience as a Cutover Manager involved in delivering large, complex IT System implementations and migrations involving local & remote teams and multiple 3rd parties.
