Programme Manager (Data Security) needed for an initial 3 - 6-month engagement with our Consultancy client for a role with their Financial Services End-Client in Glasgow, though the role can be worked predominantly remotely. Candidates must engage via an Umbrella company.

Our client is looking for a strong Programme Manager with a background in Data Security and an understanding of Cyber Security for an engagement with their Financial Services end-client. Candidates should have previous demonstrable experience in Financial Services (ideally including Banking), combined with demonstrable experience in successfully delivering Data Security Programmes, Projects and Initiatives within FS environments.

The role is Inside IR35/ Umbrella / PAYE only and can be worked predominantly remotely, though there will be a requirement for some onsite work in Scotland.

In addition to strong Data Security project and programme delivery experience, candidates should also ideally have good experience in Vendor Risk and 3rd party & Supplier Risk Management combined with the ability to work across multiple workstreams in a programme management and leadership capacity. Work streams will include Identity management, vulnerability management, Data Discovery, Encryption, Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) and Data Loss Prevention, amongst others.
