*Define, establish and lead the design authority governance process including changes to operating models, requirements and design
*Develop overarching delivery roadmaps (encompassing business and technical delivery components)
*Play a lead role in governing the Enterprise Architecture framework providing high-level technical oversight and guidance
*Lead the business analysis team ensuring requirements and solutions are in line with operating models
*Highly proactive, self-starting, and with strong communication and analytical skills
Experience of transformation programmes, outsourcing and migrations is desirable.
In this instance candidates are required to have previous proven experience within Life & Pensions or Financial Services sectors.
