Office 365 (O365) Systems Administrator - Permanent - Stirling

Head Resourcing is recruiting for an O365 Systems Administrator for a company in Stirling that specialises in market leading medical devices. Our client is designing and building new technology that is years ahead of its competition, creating a new handheld product that will give people quicker access to better medical care across the world. They are looking to recruit a talented System Administrator that will contribute to the delivery of the highest quality of information and business systems as a subject matter expert in Office 365 (O365). Our clients works in a clinical and regulated environment with changing priorities and stringent scheduled deadlines, so it requires you work with a very high level of collaboration within the team, with external stakeholders, and end-users. Responsibilities:
- Management and / or maintenance of assigned O365 systems and applications.
- Ensuring effective knowledge and training of our O365 systems and applications for all employees
- Collaboration with the Information Security Team to support the implementation of effective security management and controls of O365 systems and applications and business intellectual property
- Maintain knowledge of the Microsoft O365 roadmap and new features to guide team and business appropriately
- Implementing systems and processes.
- Continuous improvement to system and processes.
- Supporting both local and global employees and partners with use of internal IT systems and applications
- Contribute to the culture of continual improvement and efficiency within our IT and business systems
- Responding to Corporate IT Help Desk tickets

Essential:
- Experience as an O365 Systems Administrator within a multi-site enterprise level organisation
- Experience implementing O365 SharePoint to deliver complex Intranets to support business operations
- Experience in defining best practise for O365 use to support business operations and then implementing these changes
- Powershell
