Our Edinburgh based IT consultancy client is currently seeking a strong and experienced ITSM Consultant to join their team. Supporting a large manufacturing customer this will be a hybrid role consisting of on-site working 2-3 days per week with the remaining days working from home.
The ideal candidate for the role will ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an ITSM role. Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base are also essential.
Key attributes:
* You will be responsible for further developing and maturing the company ITSM Service Offering that can be deployed to external clients, delivering value in designing, implementing and managing key aspects of ITSM.
* You will be expected to lead and contribute directly to existing client engagements as well as further develop an ITSM portfolio growth.
Essential areas of ITSM experience must include:
* Service Catalogue
* Operational Risk
* Project Management Lifecycle
* Incident Management
* Technology Change Management
* Problem Management
Experience of executing the above within a Service Delivery function and/or within a Technology support team is required.
Desirable areas of ITSM experience also include:
* Configuration Management
* Asset Management
