IT Service Operations - Financial Services
Edinburgh or Remote Working
Contract - 6 months initially
£380-£400 per day
Our large & well respected Financial Services Client in Edinburgh, a well known name in the Pensions sector, is currently seeking an IT Service Delivery Relationship Lead to join their team on an initial 6 month basis. The Contract will be via an Umbrella Company and can be based in Edinburgh or Remotely (with very limited travel expected).
Joining their IT Service Operations dept and the relationship the Client has with outsourced 3rd parties (IBM / Accenture etc etc), key knowledge & experience required includes:
* Strong & proven knowledge in IT Service Management & Service Operations
* Excellent Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management and Customer Services skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Previous experience working closely with strategic offshore suppliers & 3rd parties, owning that relationship and managing performance/outputs/KPI's etc
* Excellent Incident Management knowledge & experience
* ITIL awareness (with certifications preferred)
* Strong & clear communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport & strong relationships
