An Edinburgh based FinTech Client, one of Edinburgh's first FinTech's, is currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to assist with an important Digital Change Project (the creation of a new Customer Portal/Dashboard).
An urgent requirement seeking candidates who are available immediately/at short notice, the role requires an experience IT PM/Scrum Master to run stand-ups, sprint planning sessions and remove all blockers for the Team to deliver this project in the best possible way.
To be successful, my Client is looking for the following:
1) Proven experience as IT Project Manager / Scrum Master, working on a range of Digital Solutions in the Financial Services Sector (Savings / Pensions / Investments would be preferred)
2) A proven understanding of Agile Software Delivery Methodologies and of how multiple SCRUM team operate cross functionally towards a common goal
3) Excellent people, communication & Stakeholder Management skills
