IAM Technical Specialist required for our Financial Services Client in Glasgow, working on a fully remote basis.

Our client requires an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Technical Specialist with a strong understanding of IBM IAM systems and Methodologies to join an existing team, supporting the organisation's Identity Management environment.

Candidates must have demonstrable experience in similar Identity Management roles, strong technical expertise, and experience with any of the supported IAM Applications which includes IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA), IBM Security Directory Integrator (ISDI) and/or IBM Security Directory Server (ISDS).

Essential Skills:

  • An understanding of IBM Identity Access Management tools and IAM systems and methodologies
  • Practical experience of federated Identity management through IDaaS using tools such as: OKTA, PING, ADFS.
  • Knowledge of Information Security concepts such as encryption using keys, SSL or HTTPS
  • An understanding of Internet-based Information Technology
  • Exposure to J2EE applications


Contractors must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company, and the role can pay an Umbrella rate of up to £550 per day, depending on experience.

This is a fully remote role and can be worked from any location across the UK.
