The right candidate will have extensive, demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with a process background, including strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills and must have previous experience working as a BA on an HR services related project & Programme.
As part of an ongoing transformation of HR, this role will provide business, process and project analysis support for an initiative to review and optimise the HR Operating Model. The right candidate will have the people and facilitation skills that allow them to gather data across all levels of the organisation, the analytical skills to organise, synthesize and assess that data, and document results.
Key Criteria include;
*Business Analysis experience, including gathering, documenting, synthesising and assessing qualitative and quantitative data elements from multiple sources.
*Experience of working with process taxonomies, process maps and HR service propositions.
*Previous experience working on global programmes and adopting a structured project and change management approach, while operating with autonomy.
*The ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
The role will need to be engaged via an FCSA Umbrella company but can be worked fully remotely (though a willingness to work on occasion in Glasgow would be advantageous).
Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly and professional approach are essential.
