The role will include the following responsibilities;
*Manage and evolve the server estate to meet the increasing demands. Investigate the options for moving some or, all of this, infrastructure to the cloud.
*Ensure all changes to the infrastructure are planned, tested and approved through a formal change process.
*Manage the team to promote knowledge sharing and ensure that there is sufficient support both in and out of business hours.
*Consolidation of the unified communication platform.
*Migration of back office functions to cloud solutions.
*Communicate progress to the leadership Team and ensuring delivery of product against key Milestones
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, strategic leader within the Infrastructure space, who has transformed and upgraded legacy Infrastructure environments. You will have deep Cloud knowledge and experience of moving services onto the Cloud. From a domain perspective exposure to Call Centres would be highly beneficial, as would knowledge of related technologies i.e. Unified Communication platforms etc.
