GCP Cloud Architect (Google Cloud Platform, Teradata) x 2 needed urgently for our blue-chip Consultancy client in England, though the role will be fully remotely.
The right candidates must have a strong background in Cloud Architecture, including specific, demonstrable experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and design. In addition, you should have strong technical expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, an understanding of Networks, strong Security knowledge and ideally, experience in Data related projects and programmes. Teradata experience is also essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in partnership directly with Google on cutting edge GCP projects.
Our client is looking for 2 Architects. The first, a strong Security focussed GCP Architect who can assist in the design and creation of solution diagrams for GCP from a Security perspective and a second GCP Architect with Machine Learning / AI experience (ideally including Vertex).
In addition to technical, design and architectural knowledge, candidates must have very strong communication skills, including stakeholder and relationship management skills and a consultative approach. The ability to both be hands-on technically but also be able to engage effectively with non-technical and technical senior stakeholders within both Google and other, end-client organisations is essential.
Candidates must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company, must be based in the UK and the role can be predominantly remote, with occasional travel to the End-client's site in London.
