Data Migration task.
As a solution architect you will be serving as their prime lead on all project relevant ERP solution architecture and related matters. This role will work with all engaged parties most notably local & global process owners as well as the ERP supplier and further, in order to develop an understanding how the ERP system shall be configured in order to run all in -
scope business services.
Required skillset for the role:
* 10 years project management experience
* Battlescars of ERP implementation projects is required (Infor ERP preferred)
* Manufacturing and /or Processing industry experience
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with difficult stakeholders holding competing agendas
* Proven ability to work successfully in ambiguous environments with immature project management capabilities
* Strong programme governance across multiple geographies
* Significant change management experience, including overcoming/managing resistance
