Responsibilities
*You will provide technology risk management, understanding and communicating potential customer impact.
*Building relationships across the bank, working in an agile environment
*You will provide expert engineering knowledge to the teams you lead, offering detailed development and coaching for continuous improvement.
*As an Engineering Lead you will be at the heart of the company's digital transformation, using agile technologies to redefine the way customers in the UK use banking.
Key Skills
*Managing and developing large engineering teams
*Translating technical information to non-technical staff across the business
*Excellent understanding of core banking systems
*Strong experience working in JCL, C and COBOL
*Experience working in a customer orientated business
*CBS application knowledge.
*Good understanding of the product lifecycle in testing, system testing and integration testing.
