Head Resourcing are delighted to be working with one of our Third Sector clients as they look to hire a Dynamics Analyst. This is a crucial hire for our client as the role holder will provide substantial subject matter expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and technical support across our clients Dynamics platforms. This role will primarily focus on the Finance and Operations systems and, when required, deputise for the Applications Manager with responsibility for the other corporate applications including Customer Relationship Management, Human Resources and Retail platforms.
Responsibilities:
*Provide subject matter expertise in Microsoft Dynamics F&O and own the application / service lifecycle: design, build, test and run by working closely with Business stakeholders and service partners to ensure the programme of changes are delivered alongside the continual on-going updates made by Microsoft to the service.
*Deputise for the Applications Manager when required with responsibility for managing the portfolio of corporate applications and their change roadmaps including Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM), Access People XD (HR) and the Mydas / Swan Retail platform.
*Manage changes to the system including facilitating the gathering of User requirements for the development of the system. The role will apply detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and financial processes to bring continual improvement to the platform.
*Create and maintain test scripts and test execution plans for all system upgrades and major changes to the system.
Essential:
*Suitable degree and or post graduate qualification in computer science or related field
*Demonstratable proven experience as a Microsoft ERP analyst
*In depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics 365 Business Central or AX or NAV
*Knowledge of design, configuration, and implementation methodologies within an application development lifecycle
*Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
*Experience of maintaining full system & process documentation.
Desirable:
*A technical understanding of using cloud environments such as Azure and/or Amazon Web Services
*Knowledge of Extract, Transform & Load processes (ETL), and tools
*Technical knowledge of relational databases
