Content Enablement Systems Manager / Aprimo & Seismic / Edinburgh / hybrid working
We are currently seeking a talented Content Enablement Systems Manager to join a leading financial services organisation in their digital marketing solutions team. As the Content Enablement Systems Manager, you will take a leading role in configuring the platforms and overseeing Aprimo and Seismic. Collaborating closely with the product owner, you will ensure efficient content delivery to clients and sales teams across business vectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical expert for content management systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance system functionality
- Manage system configuration, security, and reporting
- Foster strong relationships with software vendors and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a well-structured content hierarchy for easy accessibility
- Utilise data and insights to drive content improvements and enhance client experience
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and provide training as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and configuring content management platforms (e.g. aprimo, seismic, sitecore, adobe, OpenText, Bynder)
- Strong understanding of content production and digital media
- Ability to leverage data and analysis for innovation and optimization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of investment management and financial services is a plus
