Head Resourcing is looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant and an Associate Consultant to join our Head Contractor Solutions team. We are looking for recruiters (ideally within IT) with a successful track record of sourcing quality candidates and delivering to clients at pace, developing new business opportunities, providing great customer service and supporting colleagues, every day. Even when the pressure is on!

We are operating a hybrid model with a preference for two 'team' days in the office (you can come in more often if you wish!) plus monthly team meetings and regular company get togethers and events.
