A new and interesting Cloud Delivery Consultant has just arisen with a large Financial Services Client of ours. A great looking role on paper, our Client requires an experienced Contractor to join their team, helping to establish & develop group-wide Cloud Service Delivery capabilities, enabling them to to engage with cloud service providers to establish effective operational practices.
An initial 6 month contract (that may extend or could potentially convert into a new Permanent position), rate card pays up to £650 per day (via an Umbrella) and the role will be remotely based.
To be successful in the Contract, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
* Previous experience working as a Cloud Service Delivery Manager, championing the delivery & development of new Cloud Services
* Collaborating with internal Stakeholders/Management and 3rd Parties to develop and drive the strategy for cloud services
* Developing cloud service definitions, allowing both the customer and the service provider to know what they can and cannot expect from a service
* Owning & managing the Cloud Services SLA's
* Working closely with key suppliers (Azure / AWS / Oracle / IBM / TCS / BT etc), building strong & established relationships
* Strong & clear communication with excellent inter-personal skills will be essential
