Business Process Analyst - Contract

An experienced Business Process Analysis Contractor is currently required by our large & established Public Sector Client - a well known transport organisation. Currently going through a large Business Transformation/Modernisation Programme, the successful candidate will be joining the programme to assist with a range of tasks - converting business processes into procedures & training materials, authoring Business Change Materials/"How-to" Guides, the production of test script and supporting cutover/transition work etc.
To be success, our Client is seeking Contractors with the following knowledge & experience;
* Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, working on other large Transformation/Modernisation/Systems Implementations projects/programmes
* Strong knowledge & experience translating Process Maps into Training Materials and "How-to" Guides etc (1st class documentation skills)
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
* Exposure to Stakeholders across all levels of an organisation - working closely with Senior Stakeholders and Business Users too
This is a really interesting role during an interesting period of Change for our Client. We're seeking experienced Contractors with proven knowledge in a similar role & the ability to hit the ground running.
