Business Data Analyst - Contract

6 months initially

Glasgow - Hybrid-working (circa 2 per-week in Glasgow Office)

£400-£440 per day (via an Umbrella Company)

A Glasgow-based Global Insurance Client, a long-term Head Resourcing Client, is current seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to join a key programme of work in Glasgow.

Supporting multiple Projects; a Sharepoint Migration, an Exchange Migration and Application Migration, the successful candidate is required to come in and gather, co-ordinate and analyse large amount of pre-Migration data. They will be working clsoely with key Stakeholders & Applications Owners etc to indentify impacted Sharepoint Sites, Applications & Mailboxes etc and then carrying out large amounts of analysis to ensure migrations go smoothly.

To be successful in this Contract, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:

1) Extensive and proven experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst - gathering, co-ordinating and analysing large amounts of data related to other Application Migrations / E-mail/Mailbox Migrations etc

2) Previous experience on other, similar Migration Projects/Programmes as detailed above

3) In-depth & advanced MS Excel skills with the ability to gather & analyse large amounts of complex User Data

4) Excellent Stakeholder Management & communication skills

5) Previous experience in another, similar Insurance / Financial Services organisation would be highly advantageous

The Contract will be Glasgow based but hybrid-working with circa 2 days per week required on-site.
