The right candidate must have demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services or Banking organisations and must have experience in Business Process Mapping,workshops and exercise preparation.
Any experience in Operational Resilience would be an advantage but isn't essential. Our client is happy to consider more Junior candidates as well, as long as they have Business Analysis and Process Mapping experience within FS organisations.
The role will be predominantly remote but may involve occasional days in London so candidates must be prepared to work in London at times.
Excellent communication skills are essential and the role needs to be engaged via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company.
