An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join an exciting and rapidly evolving international business.
This role will focus on business process re-organisation connected to the implementation of new products and services within the business. For example, the first project with be focussing on the implementation of a new HR system.
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
*Strong experience of business analysis
*Strong experience of process mapping
*Ability to demonstrate "as is" and "to be" documentation.
*Experience of process re-design (real problem solver work around's alternatives etc etc)
*Pragmatic - light touch process approach may be required.
*Processes that allow flexibility and agility
*Must have demonstrable experience working with finance processes.
*Friendly / Personable / Collaborative
*We are only considering local candidate that can be in York 2/3days per week
