Head Resourcing is looking for talented Associate Consultant to join a fully remote England team. You can be based anywhere in the England for this role and we welcome candidates from all backgrounds and all walks of life to apply.

We are looking for IT Recruitment experience and someone who can demonstrate a successful track record during their career so far, as well as a passion for excellent customer service and supporting their colleagues. Sourcing quality candidates is the essence of this role so good resourcing, communication and influencing skills are important.

To support you, you will be trained in the IT & Business Change marketplace, so continuous learning is a key element to the position.
