Our client, a global engineering and technology organisation based in Essex, is looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst to work on site. you should have strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies for an initial 6-12 month contract. The role has been assessed as inside IR35 and the assignment rate will be negotiable depending on your experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and configuration of Office 365 and other related Microsoft technologies for over 3500 users, manage the incident and request queues and

You will have:
*Proven experience of Office 365 administration
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including O365 and Teams, and Azure cloud technology
*Experience of Active Directory, Azure AD and Powershell
*Experience of working in a 3rd Level Support position
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
